Prize(s): (150) Grand Prizes: Winners will each receive a trip for (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and (1) Guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend the MTV Sunkist Orange Nation Party, currently contemplated to take place on or about August 16, 2008, but subject to change in Sponsors sole discretion. The trip for two (2) will include: (i) roundtrip air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of MTVN’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by MTVN) to Los Angeles, CA. MTVN reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, CA; (ii) round trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (to be taken together) between airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA and hotel and the MTV Sunkist Orange Nation Party; and (2) nights hotel accommodations in Los Angeles, CA for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one room based on double occupancy. ARV of each Grand Prize: $2,500.
